Tactical Roof Rack Warranty

Tactical Roof Rack ("we" or "us") warrants to the original purchaser ("you") that our roof rack product ("Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

If during the Warranty Period, you discover a defect in the Product, please contact us immediately. We will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product, or provide a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:

• The Product has been properly installed, maintained, and used according to our instructions and specifications.
• The Product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident.
• The defect is not due to normal wear and tear, or to cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the Product.
• The defect has not been caused by modifications or alterations to the Product that were not authorized by us.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product, or the refund of the purchase price, as described above. This warranty does not cover any other costs, expenses, or damages, including but not limited to installation, removal, shipping, or incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the Product, and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some provinces or territories do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from province or territory to province or territory.
