Tactical Roof Rack Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tactical Roof Rack. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The product is in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the product.
• You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return, and these costs are non-refundable.

In addition, we will deduct a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price of the product from your refund. The restocking fee is necessary to cover the cost of processing the return and preparing the product for resale.

If the product is returned to us without the RMA number, or if it is not in new and unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a higher restocking fee, up to 50% of the purchase price.

Please note that this return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Tactical Roof Rack. If you purchased the product from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy.
